I don't 'look after' my company car.
Whenever the service light on or having slightest problem, i just rang up fleet and ask them to sort it out.0 -
If you worry about how people treating the car previously, just get a new car.0

Just to add you still have 6 - 12 month Manufacturers Warranty in place as its a 2017 car.0

I did think of buying a new one but it now comes with the 1.5 TSI engine which has problems. If you worry about how people treating the car previously, just get a new car.
Yes, the dealership said it is manufacturer approved so it will have a year warranty but that doesn't cover the clutch as it is wear and tear which I understand.Just to add you still have 6 - 12 month Manufacturers Warranty in place as its a 2017 car.0 -

I've read similar comments as was considering lease on a SEAT Leon...it's seems the old 1.4 TSI might be a more solid tried and tested but only time will tell if the 1.5 is durable...saying that it shouldn't matter as there should be warranty to cover you if it goes wrong on a lease deal.0 -
I think the opposite is true, I have a lease car and am very conscious of not abusing it to death because otherwise I have to pay fees / charges at the end of the lease. If I owned my car outright I would have done way more damage to it for sure.0
