Missing Credit Information

I recently ‘disputed’ information on my credit file, whereby my Halifax Mortgage was showing as ‘Late Payment’. In fact, it wasn’t a late payment and have the bank statement to verify this, hence why I disputed this.

It was back in August and my dispute has since been closed and that the information they had was correct.

However, my mortgage is no longer showing on my Financial Information section on my credit file (I used Credit Karma, formerly Noddle).

Any advice would be much appreciated. I will be soon going to the bank to explain that the payment was late, with my bank statements.

Check your files from all 3 CRAs (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion). Not every lender reports to every CRA so it might be missing from one of them, but if it is missing from all 3 then that might signify a problem. You will need to sort this issue with your bank. The CRAs will only report information that they have been provided, so any errors need to be corrected by the bank.
