TOTO Smart meter not fully installed.

As you all know Toto have gone bust. I had a smart meter fitted by them through Magnum utilities on 3rd September this year. I was never finalized and connected to the network correctly so I had constant problems with it. It never really received the proper data from the meter, I'd have hrly figures of £395 or down to £0!
Magnum came out to try to fix it but the second visit has failed so I've turned off the display in the house. My question is, will the new supplier change the smart meter to one of their own or will they get Magnum out again to try for the 3rd time to get it work. Or will I will faced with a smart meter that will not be fixed so only to be left with a dumb meter for the foreseeable future.
