Any one had problems with non delivery from Ugg World Australia

I ordered a pair of ugg boots for my daughter for xmas on the 28th October on the 29th received a mail from them saying boots would be dipatched when payment was released, payment was released the next day 2 weeks later no boots showed, I mailed Ugg World asking where were my boots they replied they were very busy and delivery could take uo to thirty days, Its 28 days today and no boots have shown, just take care everyone out there and please let me know if any one else has had any problems. OH nearly forgot, I went onto to Ugg World web page to get phone number and number has mysteriously vanished

seen a fair few coming through on delivery.
some are pulled for customs charge so will be slower coming through0
