Hey there,
My wife has an Ap on her credit score and I would like to know how this would effect our chances in getting a mortgage.
Thanks!

An arrangement to pay will have a detrimental effect yes0

Definitely worth speaking to a broker and perhaps posting this over on the Mortgage boards, there are some brokers over there who deal with adverse information who can tell you if it can be placed. I expect it can.0

An AP marker is a pretty toxic marker to have been recorded on a credit file. This is because it indicate to lenders that your wife broke the terms of her original credit agreement and set up an acceptable alternative arrangement to repay the debt. How many times is the monthly AP marker recorded on her file?I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job
