It would be useful for other people if you can retrace your steps and tell others the website you used.
They also say
"7.12 We may receive commission and fees from certain third parties who advertise on or are linked to the websites or as a result of you having purchased products and/or services. All such commission and fees shall be retained in full by us."0 -
"""""So, I couldn't have known or how else could I have even make any use of their trial or service they now charged me for.0

It looks like you've possibly not read the terms and conditions and agreed to something online.
Then, as you've not, after five days you've been charged as the full membership kicked in
Some might call it a scam..
It's really unpleasant that you've you've signed up for a loan, then they've ripped you off elsewhere.0 -

I've checked my browser history and these are the pages I visited on that day:
first I googled : payday loans & then visited these:
1) swiftmoney com
2)myloanchoice uk
3) piggy bank uk
(apologies as a new user I can't post the links)
I believe it was Piggy Bank where I entered my details, At first, it looked legit ("enter your details & then we will let you know the decision" type of thing).
But it didn't seem to go anywhere: instead of a decision, I just saw more and more pop-ups & left it there. I don't remember a step where I pressed "confirm" or "e-sign" or anything like that.
I feel quite stupid now (I should know better & not use such websites) but it was a bit of a desperate situation where I didn't think too rationally I guess.
Anyhow, I take it on as my responsibility that I haven't paid full attention to the information & missed any of the small print. However, this is still such a scam in my eyes.
I'm still annoyed that they won't even send you any details via email. A reminder for the trial? Login details? Nothing. But quick to take the money.
Thanks so much for caring by the way!0 -
