MSE Credit Club Ain't it funny?

Upon checking my wife's MSE Credit Club Credit Report I realised that her HSBC Advance account which she's been using for 18 months now as her main account is simply missing in the report. Ain't it funny?
My Credit Report does show my HSBC Advance account.

How is it funny?

Does it show with Experian directly if you request a free statutory report?

It is not remotely funny. As asked, does it appear on her Experian report? Do HSBC report the account o Experian?

MSE Credit club hasn't worked for me for months and there appears to be zero support - not even the contact us works.

MSE Credit Club has been having on-going issues for a while so they might be the cause of this. Have your wife request her report directly from Experian and see if it is still missing. If it is, then you will need to contact HSBC and ask them to correct the error - the CRAs can only report the information that they are provided by lenders and have very little wiggle room to correct entries themselves.

I have had a HSBC Advance current account and credit card for 2 years now, keep an eye on my credit files and have not seen a single entry for these in any of the CRAs

Hi again, I'm sorry for not following up earlier but I was away for several days. I've now requested the Statutory Report and obviously the process is a bit lengthy but once the pass key arrives in the post box I'll check it and I'll post an update here. Thanks for the hints.
