I shouldn't have parked there and have learned my lesson so I'm reasonably happy to pay just to get rid of it.

Eh? But the driver was told to! And as it was for loading, the car was not an unattended vehicle and could have been moved pdq if a disabled driver needed the space.

Why would anyone be daft enough to pay ParkWatch a 3 figure sum (or any sum), for allowed loading time outside a shop which was authorised by the retailer?!

We win 99% of defended cases here. If you's rather support the scam and sponsor/fund the con by paying them money, you are on the wrong forum. Come back when it's dawned on you that you'd really rather beat the scammers if they try court!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@TD - that link seems to be to the hard drive on your PC/laptop. It just can’t be accessed. Also, the length of the link is stretching the forum, making all text font reduced in size, making reading difficult. Please remove. Thanks.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
