TSB account how to delete previous payment recipients

I'm trying to declutter some accounts i've been successful so far deleting old DD and bank transfers i don't need anymore.

when i got to my TSB account i can't see any way to delete previous payment recipient ? am i missing something or is there no way to actual delete these ?

  • When in your account there are tabs along the top i.e. 3rd tab is standing orders and direct debits. The 2nd tab is UK and international payments, it should be under this section that it lists payments and you can delete there.

    well that didn't go as planned yesterday i deleted numerous recipients with confirmation messages on the TSB website.

    This morning they have reappeared but only on the mobile app on the website they don't appear.

    I'm not sure how this can happen i assume they use the same information for both the website and app its probably an issue with the update TSB had earlier this year which caused us to lose access to our accounts for weeks. I'll leave it afew days and see if perhaps the recipient list on the app will update.

    IIRC, I had something similar a while ago with Co-op. I think:o it resolved itself the next time the app was updated.
