Then sell it now for as much as you can, the gap wont get any closer as the more you pay off the more it depreciates anyway.
Years ago PCP were designed to provide equity but now its very rare, what model is it ?
Get rid of it now.Baby Step 6/7 . £16000 saved and invested. £47,000 deposit paid on new home DEBT FREE !!!

I tend to agree. Sell it on now (with the permission of the finance co. of course) for as much as you can get and borrow the small amount to settle the finance, it will be much cheaper than making the payments for the car over the next 2 years which you won't actually be using that much. The WBAC is probably the most accurate of what you'll achieve and probably the quickest route to get rid.0

If the finance company do agree that you can sell it, another battle you may have is selling a car which isn't HPI clear to a private buyer.
WBAC can offer a settlement if you sell to them, so might be your best option with your top up amount.

Hi,
I am not sure if you can help but I can’t find a post that applies and I also can’t see how to make a new post.
I have had a PCP agreement with Audi and last week part exchanged my old vehicle for a new vehicle with them.
On handing over my part exchange I didn’t have the spare key, but the dealer still took the car and handed over my new vehicle and said for me to look for the key over the weekend and as I can’t find it he has a emailed saying me saying that he will be charging me for the spare key.
Where do I stand with this as the deal is already done? Can they still charge me?
I appreciate yours or anyone’s help on this.
Thanks0 -
This query doesn't really have anything to do with PCP so you should have started a new thread.
If the value of your part ex was based on 2 keys and then you only hand over one then they can charge you to get another made.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Pensions, Annuities & Retirement Planning, Loans

The OP should settle the finance with the Company then sell it via whatever method. Even if he has to borrow to find the bit of negative equity he has. It is the only safe and legal option really. Then he can relax and enjoy the new Company car0
