    Ah apologies, I misread.

    In that case OP you essentially have two choices:

    1) Cancel the contract now and accept the deduction that'll be made for their losses, although you'll probably have a fight on your hands to recover any of the deposit.

    2) Carry on and hope everything goes to plan. If it doesn't and they're unable (or unwilling) to resolve then you look at recovering money then, normally the costs for another company to put it right. This option won't leave you out of pocket though.
