Cash Only Estate Agents?

My parents passed away over the last 2 years and I am not having much joy selling their property. It is not mortgageable as it is under a licence (see page 3 of brochure). So we are looking for cash buyers only. Is there an estate agent that deals with cash only properties? Its a gorgeous property that i feel is practically unseen by potential buyers. We have dropped it from £350000 to £325000 and now last week to £300000. How do i sell our invisible property??

The simple fact is that it's the price.
it is always the price, your customer base is so limited and they will only pay what they feel is reasonable.
Where's the rightmove link?0 -
You stick it on Rightmove
You put 'cash buyers only' and the reason for it
You wait
If no-one buys it you reduce the price
Or you put it Auction
If its on Rightmove already an you arent getting interest then it is overpriced0 -

Somewhere between £0 and whatever price you are asking there will be a buyer.0 -
You'll need to tell us where to find the brochure (you can post links provided you hide them a bit e.g. put in spaces).
Not clear what you mean by "under a licence".
Any agents should be capable of selling cash buyer-only properties, no need to look for a specialist one (which don't exist anyway).0 -

Yeah, I saw that. Doesn't really help, unless anyone has a better idea than me or the OP what they're talking about.0 -

unfortunately under the licence the rest of the residents association can terminate someone's licence, for instance if they are constantly being a nuisance. also under the licence the property is not allowed to be rented.0
