Paypal funds held? there's always one!

I've had a dispute go against me before. Everything in the listing was 100% correct but the buyer decided she wanted her money back. She claimed the dvd I was selling was not region 2 even though the auction stated 3 times it was region 1! Paypal informed me they would investigate her claim.
Paypal froze my account for 30 days which prevented me from withdrawing funds. Then after 30 days they told the seller to return the item to me and they automatically took the money out of my paypal account and gave it back to her. Paypal informed me that I could not sell region 1 dvds that had not been released in the UK?
DVD arrived back. Relisted it again and successfully sold it.0 -

the paypal decision went my way! I don't have to refund the money as they found the goods to be "accurately described".
I am such a happy bunny because this buyer has been utterly rude from the outset and I KNEW I was right.
One last question though, Can the buyer still leave me a neg feedback? I am assuming they can? Oh well I can't have everything I suppose, lol.
P>S> Shoes arrived (non recorded delivery) so I now have shoes and money! :rolleyes:pinkpinkfizz

Tell buyer that they will have to send you funds to cover the cost of postage for sending them back to them!
