My bin also arrived with a large dent in it. It was the one with the free 3 litre bin. I emailed Amazon to ask if they would replace with a very similar one as that was no longer in stock...they said no and just refunded.
A few days later it came back into stock at a much higher price than the £25 i had managed to buy it for, i was gutted so i emailed Amazon to ask if i could still have one at the reduced price and they said no problems and ordered it for me....
Keep an eye out if it comes back into stock and drop them an email..worked for me...:D0 -

Yup, ordered the mild steel one and had to wait ages, while all these other deals appeared and were then delivered before Xmas.
Had got through 2 of the naff thin B&Q clones which kept on breaking and they couldn't get the replacement lids so decided this was worth buying.0 -

Will do, I have seen some offers on Amazon, but as I had ordered this one, I didn't purchase them.0 -

Also mine interestingly turned up also with a dent on the lid and the clip broken, As already said Amazon had no more so offered a refund but as it only cost me £25 it was not worth the hassle so I excepted a £5 discount. I also contacted Brabantia and they sent me a clip so I could use the bin and I had also asked Brabantia for a new 50 litre lid under the warranty claim, Unfortunatley they sent me a 30 litre lid by mistake so I had to send it back and I'm still waiting for the right one. But I must say both Amazon and Brabantia have been excellent to deal with.0 -
