Have just found these 50L Fingerproof Brabantia Touchbins at Amazon for £33 delivered!

Here is the link: Amazon Link

Problem is that they won't be in time for Christmas - still at that price, I don't mind a few weeks wait!

Am going to try these guys as they say they have a Price Match Guarantee!

Will let you know ....

  • I'd be interested in knowing if the other company will price match amazon. Been looking for a Brabantia bin at a reasonable price for a while!

    Wow at this price.

Are normal bin bags ok in these?
  • I have emailed the other company to see if they will do a price match like they advertise.

But I am thinking Amazon £33 inc delivery, Withknobson £80.29 plus £10 delivery, not a chance!!!!

Will let you know what they reply.
Any spelling mistakes are entirely on purpose to check you're paying attention :p

  • Without wishing to put a dampener on it... it's a *bin*.

How pretentious does your household waste need to be? =/

Well that has put a bit of a damper on it frankly:p
My household waste lives in a lovely Brabantia touch bin and it makes my kitchen look nicer. As my Nan used to say ' If you can't say something nice...'

I have this exact bin and i use normal bin liners with no problems, the official ones do fit better but frankly the difference is minimal. :D

i would like a brabantia bin. I like the sound of there customer service and getting a lifetime garentee on it . I seem to be buying a new bin every year or so at the moment will easily pay for itself in the long term :). Just waiting for a bargain to appear and it shall be mine :)
