  • worked ok for me:confused:

  • have they done it so that everyone wins a £5 voucher, meaning they are ineligible for the other prizes??
  • I also won a £5 gift voucher surprise surprise & am puzzled about the rule stating that there can only be 1 winner per household?

This has both confused & annoyed me that it might be a waste of time trying for a bigger prize

This has prompted me to send the following email

I have contacted you as I am not happy with the rule in your pixvegas promotion that you are currently running on pixmania.com. The rule in question is the following " there can be only one winner per household" & I would like to explain why I think this is unfair.

One of my favourite hobbies is to do competitions via the web & I have been very lucky in the past on some instant win entries (a 32" LCD HDTV,TDK earphones & Body Shop's White Musk gift set).

When I participated in you pixvegas I was lucky enough to win a £5 gift voucher. I was happy to win that & eventhough I entered two more times I was quite looking forward to trying again the next time for possible a bigger prize.

However after reading your rules & conditions of this promotion I was very disappointed to read the line stating that there can only be one winner per household.

Does this therefore mean that is the only prize that I claim & that I cannot play again?
As I find this rule rather confusing & would like you to look at your rules again as many others like myself would be puzzled.

Please could you look into this & let me know about this rule.

This kicking up a stink will probably result in me being blacklisted from their future competitions but I had to get it off my chest as I really HATE unfair competitions like this

Reading through the terms and conditions it states there are 500 prizes.

And that each participant will receive a free 'promotional offer' which can be used on the pixmania website.

I assume this is the £5 voucher everyone is getting (and getting uptight about  ) and why you only get it the once.

btw they are valid til 31 Jan 08 (if you get it to work.)

sometimes it helps to read t&c's (I'm sure there has been a discussion about that before ;) )
