Badly installed worktops

We purchased a new kitchen and quartz worktops all from the same kitchen company. The company supplies all the kitchen stuff but uses a third party company for the worktops. Although we only deal and pay the kitchen company.
Kitchen has had a few issues but they sorted those out.
The quartz worktops are a different story. When were first installed, the installers caused slight damage to my internal wall and they were not installed level.
After informing our kitchen company, they agreed to ask the quartz worktop company to come back and re-level the worktops. This took sometime to get an appointment.
On the second visit, the quartz company damaged a drawer and, although manage to fix the first issue, they created another leveling issue.
We have lost confidence in the quartz company as they manage to break stuff when they come round and do not do a proper job.
I've informed our kitchen supplier of this (ten days ago) and still waiting for a response from them. I suspect they are contacting the quartz company again for another revisit, but to be honest I do not want them back in my house.
What can I do? I paid on credit card, and the transaction occurred 110 days ago. Can I ask for a partial refund and sort my own installers to come and fix it properly? Am I within my right to refuse the quartz company to come back a third time?
Thank you

I would look at getting a quote to rectify the problem so that way you know how much the partial refund needs to be.
You have given them a chance to fix it, and they failed, so wanting a plan B is sensible.
I would be contacting the kitchen company again, reminding them how long about you first contacted them, and asking them what the solution is going to be.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

Timescale is not going to be a issue. As while you payed 110 days ago. The 120 clock is reset from installation date. As well as possibly from the date of repair. Up to a max of 540 days from debit date.
But from the sounds of it this will be a S75 claim and that is 6 years.Life in the slow lane0
