First time seller (Scotland) Advice Needed...

Hi there, potentially looking to place my house onto the market. Just a quick breakdown of my reasoning, I have a 2 bed end terrace just outside Glasgow. I purchased it for £78500 two years ago, and just had purple bricks out to value it, and they have come back with £100,000 to £105,000 is what I should expect to receive.
Now with the current climate, Brexit/Economy, I’m unsure if this is the best time to sell. I also placed a 25% deposit on the house, so could be looking at receiving £40,000. Which I could then use to buy two properties, invest in assets, or a “better” property down the line, it opens up many avenues for me.
I asked Purple Bricks what the “total cost” of selling would be and with fee’s/lawyers/home reports, it could be £2500. Is this a fair price?
I’ve got Slater Hogg, Joyce Heeps and Home Connexions all coming to value the house this week. So going to get a range of prices and play them off against each other.
And finally, would now be a good time to sell? With the political uncertainty, or hold off and try sell going into summer 2020 (my only worry is a recession hits by then)
Sorry for the long winded message, but any feedback would be great, cheers.

Could be. Break it down a bit and it will be easier to compare. No need to go through a "one stop shop" for everything.I asked Purple Bricks what the “total cost” of selling would be and with fee’s/lawyers/home reports, it could be £2500. Is this a fair price?
There's a separate forum for house price speculation, but I hardly think that there's going to be more political certainty next summer than now.0
