    OMG, I decided to utilise their FaceBook page https://www.facebook.com/pg/tesco/posts/?ref=page_internal If you post on their page, it pops up in the Community section - where they do actually answer.

    Supplied the info they then asked me for & now have to have husband here to go through Data Protection protocols. I've pointed out this was done 11 days ago. As I've made previous calls with no joy, I'd noted the 'who, date, time' of the final call, so could supply that as I don't want to be going over & over the same old stuff.

    Lo & behold, this morning I'm told they can see what has happened, & it was passed to the Clubcard Support Team BUT...…….I am number 3,435 in the queue! :(:(:(

    Pity they don't have "self serve" like they do in the shops - then I could just merge our accounts myself. :beer:


    Is that a mistype...3,435....:eek::eek::eek:

    Afraid not, a customer services manager put it in a FB message. I think their dept are fed up with being at the sharp end, with a different dept responsible for the bottleneck.

    Though several hours have passed so I reckon I might be at 3,432 by now. :)

  • No, same has happened to us. My account has no points showing, Tesco tell me they have moved them to husbands account even though most the points have been on my own personal credit and he doesn’t have an active account. Fuming isn’t the word, I use most points most weeks for ice rink, I tried to raise a formal complaint but they just keep saying their IT are looking into it, appears to have happened to a number of accounts. It’s been weeks now.

    We still can't see our points even though we were told it had been sorted out and the original account merged with the enforced second account. Ha ha.

    So, now, when we want to use the points for a deal we have to phone up. So far each CSA we've spoken to has had exactly the same thing happen to them. And I'm saying "we" because sometimes they want to speak to the other one because of "the rules", so it has to be a joint effort.

  • Eventually my name appeared as an "additional user" on husband's account, but not my card number.

    I've asked why my points since the last lot of vouchers were issued don't seem to be there, but they aren't able to give me a definitive answer so I simply stopped using it!

    I've got my husband's card as I use one the most, & he uses one of his keyfob ones. So now we are both 'him'. About as 'sorted' as it's going to get it seems, sorted by me!

    I have still not rcvd a new card despite them saying it will be 10 days on the 26th sep :eek: No worries though as neither myself or my wife have shopped in Tesco since :T
  • My wife and I are also having problems with our online Clubcard account.. Up to 23rd Jan 2020 everything was fine until they converted our points to our Christmas Saver vouchers.. The vouchers are saved online however now all our linked clubcards have disappeared from the drop down box in our account, no points have been added to our account since 19th January despite shopping at Tesco everyday and the points show on the receipts against the relevant Clubcards.. First brought this to customer service dept. on 4th Feb. and have been telephoning and e-mailing them constantly since then.. So far been advised their IT dept. are "looking into it" with no success.. We are keeping all our receipts but no sign of an early fix from Tesco...Anyone else had problems with points not showing on their online accounts since recent points to vouchers transfer on 24th Jan 2020?? So frustrating.....

    Our points seem to be going on to MrsM's card about right according to Tesco receipts including the extras for using my debit card.  Can't access the account though and also can't access my new card through the app as I don't know the relevant card numbers because I have not got a card.  Vouchers now come through addressed to Mr & Mrs.  Can't spend them on line as can't access the card account they are on although not actually tried typing in the codes manually.  Just been spending them in store recently as there is little to use them on to get the boost since the reduction in partners.

    I still have no new card, promised in Sep/Oct......still not shopped there either though so all good.

    Things seem to be working.  After a phone call to them we now have separate on line accounts each showing points for our own clubcards & credit / debit cards and the total amount is the sum of the 2.
