Best simple calendar/planner for phones?

    google calendar for me too.

    my wife and I have shared calendars, and she uses an iphone and I use a google phone.

    Calendar can be accessed on phone or directly through website.

    We have complete control over the notifications although the default is usually with a notification turned on so you will need to figure out how to disable it if you don't want it.

    I like using Google calendar because it has a search function.

    You are still going to have to make sure that the reminders etc are turned off so that you don't get any...
