moving my no claims to new name

Hi all
im am Lucy and 7 month ago I came out as transgender I have change my name with everyone. ie dvla government, council, Dvla, the list goes on and on
Any way, we have had a disability car for the last 3 years, and now as money is getting tighter, we are going to buy our own,
I have built up 14 years no claims but these was in my old name, who do I talk to about moving them to my new name.I have proof of no claims in old name

Most insurers will only accept No Claims Discount for 2 years. Some 3 years.
I think you should obtain the No Claims Discount in your previous name, and advise your new insurer accordingly regarding the change of name.
As stated above, depending on when the last policy expired, most insurers may not accept the NCD. Please be sure to check with whichever company quotes. If some insurer accepts the NCD, but at a higher premium, this may be a price worth paying for 12 months, and next year you will be free to move insurer with your NCD having ticked forward a year.
