hi all
Please could anyone give me advice, my husband would like to transfer his balance (£1800) to a new card company, the problem is that he has been self employed for the last 6 months, previously employed with no breaks, will being self employed be a big problem?does he need to have been self employed longer? is there any card companies out there that could help, his credit rating is classed as fair . Any recommendations would be most appreciated,
thank you

I should'nt think it should be a prob, as he already i presume has a good credit record. One of my friends was in the same situation & there was no prob, they normally apply on-line though.
If they flag it up & ask to talk to you, then explain the situation. They need your business & they know they have plenty of competitors out there!
HTH, goodluckNo one said it was gonna be easy!0 -
