Easy Fixit Plumber

Is anyone familiar with this company? Think I've been done over for £600, paid up front for a plumbing job like an idiot, this was 3 weeks ago and 3 times he hasn't turned up. There's a number to ring but they just give an email address to contact, done that about 6 times, still no reply. I've since checked reviews since and it seems I'm not the first, far from it

If anyone has any info for me or what i shoyld do next I'd be grateful

Thanks
Gary

    "paid up front".......why:eek:
  • If you paid by credit card contact your company as you will be covered under section 75, as a side note I've never heard of them
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.
  • It wasn't by card, i transferred it, like i said I'm an idiot
  • I know, he said cos the part was so expensive he'd need it up front, so sent me a pro forma invoice by email
  • So what was the part & how did he know if he hasn't been ?

It must be a gold plated shower pump at that price.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
