Missed WS deadline N24 received

Hi Guys.I was just after some advice on here regarding an ongoing issue I have with Gladstones/UKCPM.Back in Dec 2107 I received 2 PCN invoices from UKCPM on my windscreen for parking outside of a marked bay on the estate where I live.We were not issued a permit as we were told we did not need one when signing our Tenancy agreement, which by the way mentions nothing about parking and parking restrictions at all.Well , cutting a long story short I ignored all following correspondence until I got a court summons from Northampron County Court saying I am being taken to court by Gladstones for 2 alleged breaches of parking on 2 separate occasions. At this point I responded to the directions questionnaire within the specified time frame and submitted it back to Northampton County Court with my defence statement.I also sent a copy of these to Gladstones. My case was due to be heard tomorrow 21 Oct at 10am but yesterday 19 Oct I received a N24 letter saying the claimant is debarred from defending the claim , the case due to be heard on 21 Oct be vacated and no order for costs. I am confused as to what this means. The form is titled 'General Form of Judgement or Order' basically saying that I didn't submit any evidence 14 days before the case was due to be heard. I thought when I submitted my defence with the directions questionnaire this would be sufficient enough.
I have just come out of a bout of anxiety and depression for which I am taking medication so may have missed the deadline but was wondering if any of you good people had any advice on where I turn next?
I am currently in an IVA for past debt which I am now dealing with as well. I also have another 2 court dates comkng up for the exact same reasons as stated above one on 11 Nov and one in Jan so would really appreciate some help if possible.
Thank you all in advance

Sorry I meant to put in there that the defendant is debarred from defending the claim

    No you have no case.
No less then 14 days before the hearing date unless the court orders otherwise

    Thanks for that.
How do I know how much money I owe or how or when this all needs to be paid? The letter is very vague and mentions nothing about any of this.

Yes we need to see it - I wonder if the claimant also failed to file anything?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Indeed

You also need to please get your time line straight, and please please please use paragraphs. Long blocks of text dont help anyone.

The usual timeline - as given in the NEWBIES THREAD, post TWO - is:
    1) You get a N1 claim form through, which you acknowledge online
    2) YOu file a defence
    3) Claimant says if they want to continue; they say yes meaning
    4) You THEN get a directions questionnaire wher you give your local court
    5) The CCBC allocates your claim to your local court
    6) Your local court sets a hearing date -> and in THIS LETTER they ALSO tell you when you need to file your WS and evidence by.

It sounds like you did not read your hearing date letter properly, nor research.

However as pointed out - its odd to see nothing about a judgement amount. If you cant defend a claim they would usually just award the entire amount the claimant asked for, but maybe your defence persuaded the court the claimant hadnt suffciiently stated their case? So we definitely need to see it
Host it at an EXTERNAL site
Copy the link here but change HTTP to say HXXP. Dont make any other changes.

OK that defence gives your full real name so you should edit the link & redact personal details.

What we need to see is this letter you talk about:
