Virgin+ box & Teletext

Right guys, now that I’ve got my LCD up and running, I can’t get teletext with the digital connection.
I have used HDMI connection from my Virgin+ box into the TV I’ve changed the settings for HD.
I did try to stick the coax & scart back in and tune in through the TV, but I think because I’ve changed the settings to HD I can’t tune in to terrestrial.
Anybody get round this.
