Gladstones and DRP

Hi!
My brother parked in a shopping park car park about a year ago and stayed longer than the free 3 hour limit.
He received a parking notice letter and then a few DRP letters which I told him to ignore as per the FAQ.
However, he has now received a letter from Gladstones threatening potential legal action if he does not pay DRP £140 within 14 days. It has now been 13 days and we was wondering if we need to do anything or if this letter can be ignored as well.
Am I correct that this is not a letter before claim and therefore no action is required?
Thanks everyone.

Correct
An LoC gives 30 days notice and includes financial forms
That 14 days letter was sent by drpl and nothing to do with Gladrags , they didn't write it or send it , it's a pimped out letterhead he did not receive a letter from Gladrags , despite what you said0 -
As Redx says ........ Gladstones pimp out their letterhead.
As Gladstones seem to have no respect for their name, one would imagine anyone could buy a letterhead from them, the criteria being that you are a scammer ..... just like DRP0 -
Thanks guys! I'll tell him to ignore it.
Much appreciated.0
