I couldn't find it either. Not with a Google search, not on their website. Not on their social media in the last few days either. I've sent them a tweet asking for info. :-)

They have uploaded the updated terms and conditions, stating the competition opens today, but still nothing.

The T&C's now say 'Icelandair Airwaves Giveaway begins on 24.10.2019 and ends on 31.10.2019.' so it looks like the end date has been extended but still can't find the form anywhere.
