Garage access/right of way question

Hi
Our house has a garage but it is not attached to our property, it is down a lane. The land outside the garage is owned by someone else.
What rights, if any do I have that should mean the land in front of my garage shouldn't be used by others to park? They don't park immediately in front of my garage but a few feet in front (I can still get my car in and out but it is not as easy as it should be as I have to make a few turns due to others parking on the land)
Is there a reasonable minimum clearance I should have in front of a garage so it can be used as intended?
Surely a space big enough for reversing and pulling in and out of the garage, straight in front of my garage should be allowed and not blocked by others?
Any thoughts?
Thanks

What does it say on your deeds?0

If you look at your land reg title and title plan the area you have a right of way over is the area which should be unobstructed.0

The house was built in the 1700s and the deeds were written when some changes happened in about 1920, I don't think there is any mention0
