Anybody seen stockpiling for Brexit should immediately be marched to the nearest psychiatric unit and put in a straight jacket!

There is another Brexit preparation thread on OS I think.
My answer is yes - in as much as this week I thought twice about buying the outer of 9 toilet rolls when supplies run to nil, and indulged in a pack of 24. I would hate to be caught shortValue-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Would anyone actually admit to stockpiling in the current mindset over Brexit? the coals of wrath would descend from both sides of the debate for very different reasons but if you did admit it you'd be shouted at for taking food from the mouths of those who use food banks too.....0

I think there's a massive difference between prepping & stockpiling. The former should have zero effect on supply chains, the latter being reactive to some extent will affect supply chains and therefore should rightly be frowned upon IMHO. It's just nomenclature though
and then there's panic buying, which causes the very thing the preppers & stockpilers have been seeking to avoid
Why am I in this handcart and where are we going ?0
