1) There is one prize of a caravanning holiday in the UK to be won. The prize is for four people and includes:
a) Standard Class return rail travel and transport up to the value of £400 from a UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to the prize winner’s choice of holiday park;
b) Seven (7) nights’ accommodation for four at the winner’s choice of holiday park from the series (listed below) with ‘entertainment passes’ for four (subject to availability); and
c) £1,000 spending money.

2) The prize winner can choose to stay at one of the four following holiday parks:

a) Flamingoland (Yorkshire)
– 7 nights’ self-catering accommodation for four people in a three-bedroom lodge
– Wristbands for four allowing access into Flamingoland for the duration of the stay, the Leisure Centre, all the bars (food and drink not included) and entertainment venues on site.
– The prize must be taken by 1st November 2020 (subject to availability and Holiday Park opening dates) a

b) Golden Sands Holiday Park (North Wales)
– 7 nights’ self-catering accommodation for four people in a Platinum 2 Bedroom Caravan
– Entertainment passes for four including swimming pool usage, days and evening entertainment, bar and restaurant (some activities are chargeable)
– The prize must be taken by 30th November 2020 (subject to availability and Holiday Park opening dates), and cannot be taken over any UK school holidays

c) Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park (Isle of Wight)
– 7 nights’ self-catering accommodation for four people in a 2-bedroom caravan
– Entertainment for four granting access to the swimming pool, Bar & Restaurant, Entertainment complex, any free daytime entertainment and evening entertainment including kids shows, Team shows, visiting cabarets, outdoor cinema. – The prize must be taken by 30th November 2020 (subject to availability and Holiday Park opening dates), and cannot be taken from 19th July 2020 to 3rd September 2020

d) Ruda Holiday Park (Devon)
– 7 nights’ self-catering accommodation for four people in a two-bedroom caravan holiday home (to the value of £549)
– Entertainment and facility passes for four granting access to facilities, evening entertainment and kids clubs. Please note some facilities do incur an additional charge
– The prize must be taken by 9th November 2020 (subject to availability and Holiday Park opening dates. The park is closed from November 2019 to March 2020), and cannot be taken over school holidays, festive breaks and bank holidays with the exception of February half term 2020 and October half term 2020. Whilst Parkdean Resorts appreciate that school holidays and bank holiday dates may vary across the UK, Parkdean Resorts’ decision on the dates of school holidays and bank holidays for the purposes of this prize draw is final.
– The prize winner must pay any additional costs of the holiday if the price exceeds £549.
– Any extras such as pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and high chairs will be chargeable in line with standard Parkdean Resorts’ standard booking terms and conditions.

3) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

4) The stay is subject to availability.

5) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the holiday park. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the holiday park for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they and/or their companions adhere to the local laws in the UK.

6) The prize excludes travel arrangements, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

7) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

8) Should the prize winner prefer to drive themselves a mileage allowance up to the value of £400 will be offered and the rail and transport allowance will be forfeited. The allowance will be calculated on a return basis at 45p per mile from the prize winners’ home address to the prize winner’s choice of holiday park.

9) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. Neither Channel 5 nor Element will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

10) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

11) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

12) A cheque for the spending money and travel allowance included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
