PayPal Credit postal address for payments?

Hi,
I need to send a cheque to a PayPal credit accout but can't find an address to send it to?
I have tried the help function and sending a message on the website but have not had a reply and calling customer services is difficult as it's not my accout that I am trying to pay.
Many Thanks

I doubt there is one. It's certainly not offered on their help pages.
Their business model isn't built on having the resource to process manual payments.0 -
Of course they have an address. It's a flippin bank. Its;
PayPal Europe S.a.r.l. & Cie, S.C.A.
5th Floor, 22 - 24
Boulevard Royal
L-2449
LUXEMBOURG
https://www.contactphonenumbers.co.uk/paypal-contact-number/#targetText=The%20head%20office%20of%20PayPal,in%20Boulevard%20Royal%2C%20Luxembourg%20City.
It's a Luxembourg authorised bank.
Still, I doubt they have the capability to clear cheques. They only deal in e-money. I'd suggest Plan B; open your own Paypal account.0 -
The whole point of PayPal is it is online. It did away with cheques as a payment method for example.
The was the whole concept of Paypal.
You will NOT be sending a cheque to Paypal.0 -
The person who I am helping spoke to PayPal and they gave them the details over the phone and also sent the required information in a message via PayPal itself....
Details needed for a cheque:
Cheque payable to: PayPal Europe
Remittance: Email address on account
(this can be added to the back of the Cheque if there is no remittance slip)
Postal Address:
Payment Operations
PayPal Europe
Ballycoolin Business Park,
Ballycoolin Rd,
Blanchardstown,
Dublin 15
Note : Cheque payments can take up to 21 days to process once received.
Hope this helps anyone else who may need to send a Cheque in the future.

Did they mention the charges your bank will levy on you if a cheque in sterling is processed from abroad?
IMO you would be silly to even try.
Much better to get paypal bank details and send either a faster payment if to UK bank or use a fee free card if an international payment is required. Both ways the funds are received within 24 hours.0 -
So, from your experience of funding PayPal accounts by cheque, what are these charges likely to be? Normally it's the payee that has to pay any charges for clearing non-domestic cheques.jonesMUFCforever wrote: »Did they mention the charges your bank will levy on you if a cheque in sterling is processed from abroad?0 -
Quite why you need to use your cheque to fund somebody elses paypal account is beyond me. Do they not possess any credit or debit cards of their own? They must surely to have funded the paypal account in the first place. Could you not for example give them cash or pay cash into their bank or transfer funds into their bank so that they can pay using their own cards?
Agree with the above regarding cheque charges. It is the recipient of the cheque who will be charged. Your bank will not charge you if a cheque drawn by you is presented from abroad, as this is a situation over which you have no control. Assuming of course that the cheque is written in sterling0 -
It is not a personal Cheque that I have written - I am just trying to help out getting the Cheque applied to the PayPal credit account.
There was no mention of any charges, I just copied and pasted the reply from PayPal.
