Can anyone steer me in the right direction I don’t know where to go for help
I’m being hounded by southport Counsil over a car park payment they say I didn’t have a ticket at the time the offence took place where in fact I have paperwork to show I had paid by ringo and have a receipt which I have sent numerous time to them but in return threatened court action which I was prepared to go and show my receipt for payment but to day they have sent a letter saying they are going to send bailiffs in to recover debt I don’t know what to do now 😰
