Debt recovery plus/DCBL

Hello all,
After a bit of reassurance more than anything and yes I have read the sticky for newbies about debt collectors. I'm only asking as it's allegedly a different debt collector.
I was receiving letters from debt recovery plus about these invoices which I have ignored as per advice on the forum.
However, this morning I have recieved letters from DCBL allegedly, the ones from can't pay we'll take it away. I know it is best to ignore the debt collectors stage.
On the back of the letter it says: This case is not subject to High Court or Baliff Action.
However, are they just turning into scammers trying to get your money?
I think I read somewhere on the forum or elsewhere online I can't remember where that you can ignore these as well. I'm pretty sure that's what I read. Just wanted a quick check.
Thank you very much.
P.s. I was sure I had posted this morning, but I couldn't find it anywhere so if I have I apologise.

Yes DCBL have joined the scam game. As long as it does NOT say LETTER BEFORE CLAIM giving you 30 days to respond, it's debt collector drivel0
-
The only thing it does say is: Failure to address within 14 days of the date of this letter will result in your case being reviewed for legal action. Which is very similar to what DRP used to threaten.0

They are debt collectors the same as all other debt collectors. They have a HCEO wing as well but your letter clearly states this isn't them.0
