The Prize Draw is for the chance to win a return flight (in standard economy) to New York City from either London, Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Cardiff or Belfast (the “Departure Airports”) with four nights in a four star hotel (including breakfast) (the “Prize”). The Prize is subject to availability. Hotel accommodation does not include meals (other than breakfast), incidentals, tips, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip. There is no cash alternative and is non-transferable or refundable. The Winner’s Prize may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion.
The Prize Draw is open to all United Kingdom residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of New Look Retailers Limited (the ”Promoter“) and Warner Bros. (“Warner”), their immediate families, agents or other persons professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
In order to enter the Prize Draw, entrants must complete the form at newlook.com/friends the form may also be accessed by following the links provided on the Promoter social media outlets.
The Prize Draw is limited to one entry per person. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and will not be included in the Prize Draw.
Entrants must enter the Prize Draw themselves and not on behalf of anyone else. Joint submissions are not permitted.
The Prize Draw opens on Wednesday 16 October 2019 at 00:00 BST and all entries must be received by Monday 4 November 2019 at 23.59 GMT(the “Closing Date”).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the Closing Date for any reason. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept any entries the Promoter deems, at its sole discretion, to not to comply with these terms and conditions. If any element of an entry breaches these terms and conditions, the Promoter has the right to reject the whole entry from inclusion in the Prize Draw.
All correct and complete entries will be entered into the Prize Draw which will take place on Tuesday 5 November 2019. The first entry drawn at random will be the winner, (the “Winner”). The Winner will be notified that they have won via email. If the Winner does not respond to the email within 48 hours confirming their availability, an alternative Winner will be chosen at random
The Winner must travel on any weekend between 16 January 2020 – 29 June 2020, excluding all British and Spanish/American holidays (the Travel Period). The Travel Period cannot be amended or extended. The Winner will forfeit the Prize if they fail to travel before 25 June 2020. Flights to New York City are from the Departure Airports only where a direct flight is available. Travel insurance for two (2) people is included.
If for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including, for example, by reason of infection by computer virus, technical failures or tampering) any aspect of the Prize Draw is compromised so that it is prevented from running or the fairness or integrity of the Prize Draw would likely be compromised, the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw or invalidate any affected submissions. The Winner agrees that no liability shall attach to Warner or parties connected to Warner as a result.
The Winner (and their guest) will receive 4 nights’ accommodation (for the avoidance of doubt only one room will be provided) in a 4* hotel. The selected hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidental damage which will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The hotel is to be chosen at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
The Prize is for two people. If the Winner is under 18 then their guest must be a parent or guardian. The Winner and guest are responsible for holding all the required travel documentation for entry into the USA including a valid passport (with more than 6 months left before expiry) and all required visas including a valid ESTA issued via the US Waiver programme if necessary.
The Winner and their guest must travel at the same time and on the same itinerary. Once selected by the Winner, the guest may not be changed without the express consent of Warner Bros. Warner Bros reserve the right to without such consent, at their sole discretion. No further guests aside from the one selected as part of the Prize (including additional family members) are allowed to travel as part of the Prize.
The Winner and their guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance release in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Prize.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or disappointment which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Prize Draw, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any costs or expenses not specifically referred to above but which may be incurred by the Winner in the acceptance of the Prize (including but not limited to all meals and sustenance).
