MSE Cheap energy club

Hi,
In June I applied to switch BG tariffs through the mse energy club. 3 days later I got a email from BG to say that I had changed tariffs.
Today I done a new comparison and the BG October tariff is cheaper than my current tariff.
But I can’t switch to it as my account still shows the switch as pending from June.
How can I get round this ? Can I just use uswitch instead to transfer tariffs ?
