HELP-First Parking-Lancaster University PCN's

i am new here. i have read the newbies thread and can't get my head around it much. i am sorry if i am doing wrong by posting here but i am in a whole lot of mess that i have caused and need help in fixing it because i cannot pay the fines. firstly i have zero knowledge about how to fight a parking ticket, naming ACTS and all.
Story i am a student at Lancaster university and the days that i have lectures on i park my car inside the university which contracted the parking to "first parking". within the last 2 years i have racked up close to or over 10 PCN's with most of them now missing so i don't know their PCN numbers. also about 3 of the PCN's were never on my windscreen (its known in the university that some student tend to remove them from windscreen to get others in trouble) but i got letters from National Debt Collectors ltd saying they will take me to court. the car registered address which is where the debt collectors threatening and harassment letters went to is my parents address and they are hardly in UK as they have moved to USA so i didn't even know about them till months later. i don't know what to do now. i am a student and obviously can't pay big fines on top of the PCN charges. can anyone help and point me in the right direction please.
P.S its been around 1.5 to 2 years since my first PCN and letters following from debt collectors but nothing else has happened yet. no courts or bailiffs.
i would really appreciated the help towards fixing this once and for all with First Parking. i am now really stressed and its badly affecting my studies. PLEASE HELP ME !

2. Send an email to F1rst's Data Protection Officer using the email found in their PRIVACY webpage (just Google F1rst parking privacy notice). Say to their DPO:(a) Please note my address for service of letters is xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx (give your current student address so you see letters quickly, in case of a court claim. When you move, TELL THEM AGAIN, every time for 6 years).
(b) Please treat this as a Subject Access Request, for copies of all letters, file notes, database records, updates, status reports, emails, sharing communications with debt collectors and all photos - i.e. I require all data relating to this car numberplate. I am the registered keeper. See V5C attached showing I am the registered keeper and entitled to this data - I cannot give you all PCN numbers because I have not seen all the letters due to moving around, and I expect you to do a full enquiry of your databases to find all the data from all PCNs you find. You have the VRN and you have my name and the old address you have been using, so this should not be an onerous task and I expect a reply within 30 days.
Also, update your address with the DVLA urgently because you CANNOT have your car registered at a wrong address, it's illegal and also means you could miss important stuff like a speeding fine, court letters, etc.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If it’s with debt collectors, there’s nothing they can do, they are powerless. The only way bailiffs can be engaged is if you lost a court case and you then failed to pay what the Judge ordered.
As the parking firm have 6 years to pursue you to court you just need to keep your eye on the ball for formal Letters of Claim and/or court claim(s) to drop through your letterbox. Come back on this thread if you receive either. With multiple tickets the prospects of a court claim increases.
If you move address from the one at which you are currently receiving letters about these tickets, you must inform the parking firm in writing of the new address, because if they serve court proceedings to the old address and you don’t respond, they will gain a judgment in default against you and you will get a credit-trashing CCJ that will ruin your life for 6 years after judgment. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
