    edit: Set up new DDs using this method and cancelled all the individual payments and old DD.

    Set up a new payee on my laptop. Used to get a OTP. Now you don't.
    It gives you 3 mins to login to your mobile banking. Where the screen asks if you have just tried to set up £00 to XXX....
    It then says close mobile banking and the payment is made once you go back to laptop/PC

    There should be a click link at the bottom in very small writing to get a OTP instead.

    Never noticed anything. But was more concentrating on the details of the accounts etc and the stupid timer....

    Don't click on your ac; instead use the 'go to' drop down to the right of your ac number;
    Click set up a new payment/ set up a SO/ Regular payment between my account to another UK account..

    ..takes you to the old process - which lets you use the payees that are set up.. and allows start from 1st Dec and allows you set number of payments. :T

    Many thanks for this info. I had been sorely frustrated by the new SO screen, and getting back to the old one has made me a happy bunny.

    :T :A :j :beer:

    Kind regards.
