Can any knowledgeable MSE forumites enlighten me?

When returning two items with the same order number to Amazon UK using the QR code process at a Royal Mail dispatch office is the returns QR code label the same for each item and do you have to scan the QR code for each item separately; I raised a return with two items jointly listed together on the same return. The returns label on my Amazon account for each item displays a QR code with both items for return in the description. The part I find slightly confusing and need clarification with is getting the QR code scanned correctly. Do I need to scan the QR code from both items returns label webpages even though they are from the same order and listed together in the description underneath the QR code on each items returns label webpage?

I would assume if the QR codes match, then they can be returned as one. Otherwise return separately.

To be absolutely safe, ask Amazon via live chat.
  • The codes are most likely different so you would need separate codes on the box. I returned two items in one box and only used one return code. They thought that I had not returned one of the items and did not issue a refund for it until I contacted them about it.
