    Edit: 19 New Road is the 1st part of UKCPMs address in Brighton but the postcode is incorrect on the WS. Can I have the WS disregarded on points of inaccurate address given and possible forgery of signature? (Once I verify with other WS sigs)

    Are you saying you have a witness statement, verified by a statement of truth that is demonstrably inaccurate ?:shocked:

    You definitely want to exploit that. It'll give less weight to anything else in the witless statement and you can cheekily request the judge consider a report for contempt of court as the witness cannot have had an honest belief in it's truth. Care is supposed to be taken when signing these.
