Online order from MONOQI not arrived and no communication

I bought some chairs from Monoqi.co.uk (I believe they are based in Berlin) in June, paid on debit card, expected delivery date early August. I had an email on 23 July to say that the order has been delayed. I had another message from them on 6 August to say they still couldn't give me a delivery date and that they would be in touch. Since then I have had no communication from them, no reply to emails or social media and the phone no just disconnects after selecting an option. After looking around on various forums it appears that the company has gone into insolvency (although a statement on their twitter feed is confusing: We are not connected to the old company that is insolvent. No responsibilities are transferred to MONOQI GmbH regarding orders placed before 1 March 2019. These orders remain with Things I like GmbH and flow into insolvency. Please visit monoqi.insolvenz-solution.de/faq).
I have had absolutely no communication from them apart from the delayed delivery emails. Their website says "We're refurbishing" but has been like that for weeks. Any suggestions of what to do next?
Thanks, Emma.
