Complaint Made Against Me - Can I Request to View the Details Under FOI?

Hi - firstly, apologies if this is not the correct forum! I wanted some advice. I rent out a parking space and earn a small amount of pocket money from this. We have had issues with a neighbour who has left aggressive notes complaining about the price we charged undercutting her (she also rents out a space!)
Recently, the company running the app received a message saying that I was not authorised to rent out the space, which is complete rubbish but has cause some hassle because a lot of bookings were cancelled and it has inconvenienced some drivers.
I asked them who made the complaint and they said that this information was confidential. Could I compel them to disclose the details under a subject access request? I'm not conversant with the law and I know there are exemptions to this.
Is anyone able to advise me? Any advice would be very gratefully received!

It is not FOI (that relates mainly to public bodies) but the GDPR.
You could probably force disclosure of the complaint but the details of who made it would / should be redacted.0 -
No you can't. You can make a request and you'll get the details of the complaint but any personal details such as the name of the person making the complaint will be removed.0
