Thanks for the tip, it was worth a try, however didn't fully work for me
Cleared cookies and immediately got a bird, however it was still a PDE for me!

I doubt it makes any difference to your chances of winning as the information on what you have and need would be held on the site and not on a local cookie - and it is possible to be one away from every prize by the end without doing anything but collecting them the usual way.
