If you had used this link https://www.energyhelpline.com/cashback you would have got £34 cashback!

    I suspect not ;)

I don't think I've seen Symbio offer any cashback via a comparison site; certainly none of their cheaper tariffs have the cashback opportunity.

And UP have cheaper 'Direct' tariffs, which they are able to offer as they are not paying referral/affiliate fees to others for people who apply 'direct'. So no cashback for them either.

Yes you are right. Even asking to show all suppliers Symbio did not show at all and UP came up as 'This supplier has not made this plan available through us'

Remember, Symbio are an electricity only supplier, so that may explain why you didn't see them on EHL. i.e. you were not looking at electricity only

  • I just signed to Sybio and Utility point for those interested - really good rate son both unbeaten by all other comparison sites.

I signed up to both today. Savings of £200 compared to dual fuel.

Precisely the problem with comparison sites. If you were searching for dual fuel, you'd never hear about Symbio or Zog - and they're the two I've gone with.

As of today, Symbio is only beaten by Symbio, whilst Zog are beaten by £5 a month at UP.

Really? I was on their site directly for a quote earlier, and only saw the tariff available through the switch-site...maybe it's a regional thing...
