Increasing hours

I’m currently working 20hrs and get a small amount of working tax and also child tax. My children are getting older so I’m going to ask about increasing my hours to 30 per week. Will I stay on tax credits or will they move me onto universal credit? On calculator it is a lot less if I’m on uc?

No, increasing hours will not mean you move to UC.
You only move if you need to claim a new benefit, such as housing benefit which no longer exists for new claims and is part of UC0 -
Thanks on online calculators it’s appears better for me to stay on working tax/child tax if that’s possible0
