Switched 6 months ago but no cash-back received and account frozen by "Switch in Progress"

Having used the Energy Club very successfully over the years I last switched on 19th April from Pure Planet to So Energy. The switch went through very quickly but sadly I did not receive the cash-back and my account is now frozen with the "switch in progress" explanation which obviously does not apply.
After searching for a long while I found an email address for the energy club energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com as this was not shown on my account and only by going to help/I want to cancel my membership!!!
Is no-one actually working at the Energy Club at present? Why isn't there a contact email, telephone or chat on-line available?
Is anyone else experiencing similar problems? :rotfl:

That is the email for the Energy Club. Any issues send an email there to remove the switch marker, which gets stuck because the incoming supplier doesn't update the system and this may be why there was no cahback.
Anyway the Energy Club is just powered by moneysupermarket.com in new packaging. Cashback is never guaranteed, always treat any cashback offered as a bonus rather than a given, until it appears in your account.0
