Tax return for holiday lettings

Hi,
I've recently started renting out my former home as short term holiday lets.
I've never had to do a tax return before as I have always been PAYE, so need an accountants help. The cost seems to vary so much between companies, how do I know which one to choose?!

We're not going to be much help on this, I'm afraid. Ask a friend or neighbour for a recommendation. Someone local who you can be in touch with easily and who doesn't charge much ( I would imagine a few hundred pounds). There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
As above. Start wth personal recommedations, failing that, visit a couple locally and see which you feel most confidant with along with the price quoted.0
