Help! Damp caused by neighbours pathway

Hello guys, I have put an offer in on the house and my lender has done a valuation on the property two main things the surveyors mentioned was that they noticed damp and problems with the electric , I'm planning on getting a damp specialist to view the house before I actually purchase the house to see if it's going to be a easy fix or not.. also with the eletric I think the surveyor mentioned that before it's got an old fuse box so I may need to rewire the whole house...

But anyway my main question is how much is it to re- wire a two bedroom house? & how much can a damp problem range from ? What price am I looking at if it's a big or small problem??
