There are 17 defence links in the NEWBIES thread but you can't do this on a phone.

You can also search the forum for the name of the parking firm, but again, not good on a phone. So with a court claim don't even try to do it this way. If you don't have one, borrow a laptop or PC for your case and you will later need access to a printer, too.
