Phone number for Revolut anyone?

Hello all,
Got a friend who needs to speak to someone at Revolut and they cannot find a phone number. The only one which starts 023 puts you through to an automated system and doesn't allow you to speak to a human bean. Anyone had any luck getting through to the human side of this bank?

The website heavily advertises it as an app with 24 hour app chat. Any reason your friend cant use this?

The number given doesnt start 023, maybe they are calling the wrong number, it is +442033228352.

I've always found their chat really helpful on the times I've contacted them, from changing my phone number, resetting to different countries and when (I stupidly) put by card details into a bad website and they started taking payments from Malaysia, they sorted out the delivery of a new card to Japan, all while I was in the Philippians!

Just to note Revolut isn't a bank in the general sense, like say Halifax it has a "specialized bank" Licence from the European central bank. I don't keep a lot of money on the card or in the vaults but I'm more than happy using it abroad and online.

Has your friend used the chat , afterall this is an app based "bank".


I have used chat a couple of times and got mu issues resolved, one time very quick the other time took a little while

Hi - Did you have any luck getting in touch with anyone from Revolut?
It won't let me log back into my account and I cannot seem to get in contact with anyone without logging in which is the one thing i am unable to do right now! Very frustrating

Cant see you getting a reply since the original poster hasn't been on since end of November.

I understand there is an issue with recent Revolut updates to a Samsung galaxy A!0 which unfortunately I possess.
I cannot access my mobile app nor use my card and the phone number listed has now an automed message ' we're sorry an application error has occurred Goodbye '
I have also emailed ' formal complaints ' only to receive a confirmation email that they have received my email  
Desperate to get access to my account but communication with Revolut proving impossible  !!

Can you not use a friends phone to access your account or failing that buy a suitable phone and set the account set up.
