    justice.gov.uk is the email domain for HMCTS/MoJ so it looks legit enough to me.

    As previously mentioned it will be something for personal service on you OP.

    You have the cae number, call the Northampton CC confirm your identity and they will tell you if it's a Warrant or AoE application.
